Changyu Wine Culture Museum Academic Committee Working Procedures
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1: In order to standardize the management of the Academic Committee, promote the reform and development of the Changyu Wine Culture Museum, improve the level of academic research, strengthen the construction of scientific research teams, implement democratic management of scientific research work, and ensure the quality of academic research in the museum, this regulation is formulated.
Article 2: The Academic Committee adheres to the principle of democratic centralism, operates under the leadership of the Changyu Wine Culture Museum, is committed to promoting academic democracy, conducting narrative exchanges, and promoting academic ethics.
Article 3: When conducting academic research, the academic committee shall follow the principles of objectivity, pragmatism, and standardization, adhere to academic democracy, promote a good academic atmosphere of seeking truth from facts, fairness, and objectivity.
Chapter 2 Scientific Research
Article 4: The Academic Committee of Changyu Wine Culture Museum should develop a mid-term goal plan every five years, and the annual work plan should also follow this plan.
Article 5: The Academic Committee of Changyu Wine Culture Museum shall summarize the scientific research work of the whole year at the end of each year and formulate the work plan and tasks for next year.
Article 6: When conducting a scientific research task, an internal achievement report must be conducted once a week and regularly reported to the entire library.
Article 7: During the scientific research process, attention should be paid to repeated argumentation and first-hand information should be used as much as possible. Scientific research achievements must be obtained through reasonable and legal means.
Chapter 3 Review
Article 8: When reviewing the research projects and research team construction plans of the library, the academic committee shall hold a meeting to discuss and provide professional guidance. For important academic evaluation and deliberation matters, the academic committee must establish standardized evaluation procedures and methods, and clarify the responsibilities of relevant departments in each procedure.
Chapter 4 Organization
Article 9: When applying for professional titles of professional and technical personnel within the organization, the academic committee shall have a detailed understanding of the relevant application qualifications, materials, and other requirements, and inform the corresponding personnel. Within the application deadline, the academic committee shall uniformly submit and apply for materials.
Article 10: When invited by international or domestic academic activities, the academic committee shall organize internal research personnel to participate and reimburse their travel expenses.
Chapter 5 Supplementary Provisions
Article 11: These regulations shall be interpreted by the Academic Committee of Changyu Wine Culture Museum.
Article 12: These regulations shall come into effect from the date of announcement.
