Charter of "Friends of the Museum" of Changyu Wine Culture Museum

"Friends of the Museum" is the main way for the Changyu Wine Culture Museum to organize and mobilize attention from all sectors of society to the museum industry, promote museum development, and enhance museum vitality. It is an important bridge for the museum to communicate, learn, and build friendships with people from all walks of life. In order to better develop the business of Changyu Liquor Culture Museum, this charter is specially formulated.

1、 Purpose and Service
The Changyu Wine Culture Museum is a common spiritual and cultural home for all sectors of society. "Friends of Museums" aims to jointly promote modern Chinese national industry and Chinese wine culture. Continuously strengthen interaction with the masses, timely understand opinions and requirements. Enhance communication and cooperation with all sectors of society, continuously broaden work ideas and methods. Attracting support from all sectors of society and utilizing social forces to establish museums.
1. Contact a wide range of cultural relics, history, wine culture enthusiasts, and institutions interested in participating in cultural exchanges, and establish friendly and intimate contacts;
2. Promote cultural exchange, cooperation, and innovation, and expand the space for cultural activities;
3. Jointly promote the promotion and dissemination of Chinese wine culture;
4. Promote the exhibitions and activities of our museum to the society, and provide timely feedback on audience opinions, requirements, and suggestions;
5. Assist our museum in cultural relic collection, disciplinary research, exhibition and publicity education, and promote public understanding and support.

2、 Membership composition
The "Friends of Museums" members of this museum are composed of individuals, institutions, and organizations outside the museum who are passionate about the museum industry, modern Chinese national industrial history, and the development history of Chinese wine culture. They are willing to work for the museum and are over 18 years old.

3、 Membership rights of "Friends of Museums"
（1） Regular members
1. You can visit various exhibitions, participate in lectures and discussions organized by our museum for free, and give priority to the books, magazines, and souvenirs sold by our museum;
2. You can participate in various academic and social activities organized by our museum's "Friends of Museums";
3. Enjoy the latest exhibition information and promotional materials sent out by our museum from time to time;
4. Academic articles written by individuals can be approved for publication in relevant journals of our library.
5. Minor children of members can give priority to participating in the winter and summer activities organized by the museum.
（2） Senior members
Those who have made outstanding contributions to this museum can become senior members of the museum's "Friends of the Museum" and enjoy all the rights of ordinary members, as well as the following rights:
1. Become a museum consultant and provide suggestions for the work of the museum;
2. Invited to attend the opening ceremony of important exhibitions;
3. With the consent of the museum, appreciate the cultural relics in the museum's collection under the guidance of experts;
4. Participate in and assist in the research and discussion of important topics in our library.

4、 Obligations of "Friends of Museums" Members
1. Comply with cultural relics regulations and various rules and regulations of "Museum Friends". If there is any improper behavior that violates relevant regulations, they can be ordered to withdraw;
2. Provide constructive opinions or suggestions on the work and services of the library;
3. It is the responsibility and obligation to introduce or organize visitors to visit our museum;
4. Promote the exhibition and various activities of our museum through various channels;
5. Participate in the collection of cultural relics, temporary exhibitions, promotional activities, academic seminars and other business activities organized by the museum;
6. Participate in the audience service activities organized by our museum, or introduce others to volunteer at the museum;
7. Each person shall serve the library at least once a year (including holding lectures, serving as a volunteer guide, or participating in various activities organized by the library). Those who do not or are unwilling to serve shall be deemed to have automatically withdrawn;

5、 Membership Management of "Friends of Museums"
1. The registration of "Friends of the Museum" members is handled by the comprehensive office of the museum;
2. One Chairman, one Vice Chairman, and one Secretary General shall be elected every three years;
3. Hold an annual meeting to summarize work and develop plans. At the same time, commend the "Friends of Museums" members who have made outstanding contributions;
4. If there are any changes to the member's contact information, they must be notified in a timely manner.
5. If there is no contact within one year without special instructions, it will be considered as automatic withdrawal.

6、 Participation method
I can submit the application to the museum by myself, or I can send the relevant application materials to the dedicated email of "Friends of the Museum" in the comprehensive office of the museum rookiecool@163.com After passing the review, a membership fee of 200 yuan will be paid to this museum and a "Museum Friend" membership certificate will be issued.
