Research and development background: In 2017, we jointly developed and produced with Changyu Castor Winery. After two generations of dedicated brewing by winemakers, we have exclusive production and unique intrinsic quality.
Product features: stored in French oak barrels for 18 months, stored in century old wine cellar bottles for 6 months. The winemaker of Changyu Winery has a unique craftsmanship in small batch production, with unique quality. It is a typical aged product with good characteristics, which can be said to be a "masterpiece of craftsmanship and collection".
This wine is a deep ruby red color, with a strong aroma of vanilla and coconut at first glance. After half an hour of sobering up, a strong black fruit aroma comes out, with ripe black plums, black cherries, and blackberries, as well as a hint of jujube. After shaking the glass, the smoky, cedar, and coffee aromas gradually emerge, with complex and layered aromas. The entrance is mellow and firm, with fine and rich tannins, firm and full, accompanied by rich aftertastes of black fruits, cedar, and coffee. The perfect acidity makes the structure of the wine very excellent, the style is elegant, and the aftertaste is rich and long-lasting, opening up a rich and beautiful experience on the taste buds. With surprising aging potential, the sensory appeal of color, aroma, and other aspects will greatly increase after four or five years. If stored under suitable conditions, the wine can be stored for 10 years or more.
