Chapter 1 General Provisions
In order to promote and inherit wine culture and play its role in promoting social and cultural progress, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics, the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Model Text of the Articles of Association of Non State owned Museums issued by the National Cutural Heritage Administration on December 30, 2016 (Cultural Relics Bofa [2016] No. 29), and other relevant laws and regulations. In case of any conflict with national laws and regulations, the national laws and regulations shall prevail. )
Chapter 2 Museum Name, Address, Nature, Purpose, and Business Scope
Article 1: Museum Name: Changyu Wine Culture Museum (hereinafter referred to as this museum)
Article 2 Museum Address: No. 56 Dama Road, Zhifu District, Yantai City, Shandong Province
Article 3 Museum organizer: Yantai Zhangyu Group Co., Ltd
Article 4 Purpose of the Museum: This museum integrates tourism services, collection, exhibition, education, research, and exchange, with the aim of exploring and promoting wine culture, and wholeheartedly serving the public.
Museum business scope: General projects: Food sales (only selling pre packaged food); Management of tourist attractions; Conference and exhibition services; Sales of arts and crafts and ceremonial items (excluding ivory and its products); Sales of daily necessities. Licensed project: Food sales. (For projects that require approval according to law, business activities can only be carried out after approval by relevant departments. The specific business projects shall be subject to the approval documents or permits issued by relevant departments.)
Chapter 3 Sources, Management, and Use of Museum Assets
Article 5: The operating capital of this museum is 500000 RMB.
Article 6: The main source of daily business operation funds for this museum is self raised funds, while receiving national funding and social donations. The operating income is mainly used for the sustainable development of the museum.
Chapter 4 Collection Management of Museums
Article 7: Ownership and Use Rights of All Collections in this Library
The ownership and usage rights of all the collections in this museum belong to Yantai Changyu Grape Brewery Co., Ltd.
Article 8: Sources of Collection of Our Library's Collections
Museums that collect, purchase, exchange, accept donations, and allocate their collections in accordance with the law shall register them in the general ledger of collections within 30 days.
Article 9: This library shall not accept collections from unknown or illegal sources.
Article 10: Utilization and research methods of the collection of this library

The collection of our museum is mainly promoted, stimulated with national pride and awareness of wine through fixed displays and touring exhibitions; Conduct in-depth research through conducting in-depth surveys among the public, inviting experts for appraisal, organizing symposiums, writing papers, publishing books, and other means.
Chapter 5 Museum Information Disclosure
Article 11 Museums, as guardians and inheritors of cultural heritage, bear the responsibility of providing accurate, comprehensive, and valuable information to the public. Information disclosure is an important component of museum transparency and credibility construction, which helps to enhance public trust and support in museums.
The content of information disclosure in the museum charter: 1. Basic information: including the name, location, establishment time, purpose, and other information of the museum. 2. Financial information: including information on the museum's funding sources, usage of funds, annual financial statements, etc. 3. Exhibition information: including the theme of the exhibition, the sources of exhibits, the historical and cultural value of exhibits, and other information. 4. Educational activities: including information on the museum's educational projects, the purpose of educational activities, participants, and the effectiveness of activities. 5. Internal management: including information on the museum's organizational structure, management team, employee structure, rules and regulations. 6. Social responsibility: including the social contribution and responsibility of museums in protecting cultural heritage and promoting community development.
The method of information disclosure in the museum charter: 1. Official website: Information disclosure is made through the museum's official website, making it convenient for the public to access it at any time. 2. Annual report: Regularly release annual reports, summarizing important information and achievements of the museum over the past year. 3. News media: Communicate important updates of the museum to the public through news releases, media interviews, and other means.
Chapter 6 Exhibition and Management of Museums
Article 12: This museum is open to the public and exhibits

During holidays and school winter breaks, the opening hours should be appropriately extended;

The exhibition held by this museum should be adapted to the nature and tasks of the museum, highlighting the characteristics of the collection and the cultural characteristics of wine. Exhibits are primarily original, and restored displays should maintain their historical appearance, providing written explanations and explanations to the public.
Article 13: The storage of collectibles shall be carried out in a sound system, with clear accounts, accurate identification, detailed cataloging, and convenient inspection.
Article 14: The business purpose of the operating income of this library
The income is used for projects such as salary distribution, product research and development, cultural relic acquisition, equipment updates, and scale expansion.
Chapter 7 Museum Council
Article 15: The Council is the decision-making body of the museum, responsible for making decisions on major affairs of the museum and supervising the management of the museum.

In order to further promote and ensure the lawful operation of the museum, guide the scientific development of the museum, standardize various business operations, and ensure the realization of public cultural service functions, in accordance with the Cultural Relics Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Museum Management Measures, the Museum Regulations, the Code of Professional Ethics of the International Association of Museums, and other relevant provisions, the Council Constitution is formulated.
Article 16: The board of directors shall be composed of several members who shall have a certain degree of representativeness, professionalism, and authority. The members of the council are elected or recommended, with a general term of three years and can be re elected.
Chapter 8 Organizational Structure and Functions of Museums
Article 17: The director of a museum shall be the legal representative of the museum.
Article 18: Museums have five departments: Comprehensive Office, Wine and Museum Research Department, Propaganda and Education Department, Commodity Services Department, and 1892 Art Center. Its functions are:
(1) Comprehensive Office
Undertake comprehensive coordination and management services for daily work. Undertake party building, organizational establishment, personnel management, finance, information operation, safety and fire protection, logistics management, and other related work.
(2) Wine and Museum Research Department
This department has exhibition display department, collection storage department, and academic research department.
(3) Ministry of Propaganda and Education
Responsible for planning and implementing cultural service activities, promoting education and providing reception services, maintaining self media platforms, recruiting, training, and managing museum friends and volunteers, and conducting audience service surveys.
(4) Product Service Department
Responsible for cultural and creative product design, research and development, intellectual property protection, business model formulation, and sales of cultural and creative products.
(5) 1892 Art Center
Responsible for displaying and showcasing artistic masterpieces such as calligraphy and painting in the collection, providing conference reception services, and protecting the old residence in Jingongshan.
Chapter 9 Rights and Obligations of Museum Staff
Article 19: Employees shall enjoy the following rights:
(1) Carry out work according to job responsibilities, make reasonable use of public resources, and receive salary and other benefits in accordance with laws, regulations, and agreements;
(2) Fair access to career development opportunities, fair evaluation of work performance, personal performance, etc., and fair rewards and honors;
(3) Understand the reform, construction, and development of museums, as well as major issues related to personal interests, participate in democratic management and supervision, and provide relevant opinions and suggestions;
(4) Expressing objections to positions, professional titles, salaries, evaluations, disciplinary actions, etc., and filing appeals;
(5) Other rights stipulated by laws, regulations, and agreements.
Article 20: Employees shall fulfill the following obligations:
(1) Comply with the Constitution, laws and regulations, industry regulations, and various institutional provisions of the museum;
(2) Practice the purpose of museums and safeguard their interests;
(3) Fulfill job responsibilities, improve business skills, and adhere to professional ethics;
(4) Safeguard the rights and interests of the audience and protect their personal information security;
(5) Protect the safety of cultural relics and make reasonable use of them in accordance with the law;
(6) Other obligations stipulated and agreed upon by laws and regulations.
Chapter 10 Amendment to the Articles of Association

Article 21: Any amendment to this chapter must be approved by a unanimous vote and submitted for review and approval to the higher-level business supervisory department within 15 days.
(If the name or address of the legal representative is changed in this library, the change registration procedures should be completed with the registration authority within 30 days from the date of the change.)
