Measures for the Collection and Management of Cultural Relics in the Changyu Wine Culture Museum

Chapter 1 General Provisions
In order to better adapt to the development and exhibition needs of the Changyu Wine Culture Museum, constantly expand and enrich the collection of cultural relics, better serve the society, and standardize the collection of cultural relics, this management method is formulated with reference to the Collection Collection Regulations of State owned Museums issued by the National Cutural Heritage Administration and the Ministry of Finance, and in combination with the actual situation of our museum.

 

Chapter 2 Principles of Collection of Cultural Relics
The collection collection is based on the principle of filling the gaps and deficiencies in the museum's collection, enhancing the museum's taste and grade, promoting academic research and exhibition work, and soliciting various collections that meet the collection scope of the museum and have the historical imprint of Changyu Company from the whole society.

 

Chapter 3 Scope of Collection Collection

Article 1: Items that belong to the scope of cultural relic management and have important collection value. Specifically, it includes:
1. Cultural relics with significant historical, artistic, and scientific value that are lacking in museums;
2. Precious artworks, handicrafts, important documents, as well as manuscripts and book materials with historical, artistic, and scientific value from various eras in history;
3. Important literature materials that can reflect the history of wine culture, as well as manuscripts and ancient books with historical value;
4. Cultural relics related to the development history of Changyu Company;
5. Representative items with special significance in contemporary times, important witnesses that can reflect and represent the level of economic and social development in contemporary times;
6. Other cultural relics and specimens that need to be collected.

Article 2: The collection of cultural relics should be closely combined with the characteristics of museum collections, focusing on cultural relic protection, historical research, exhibition and other work, to ensure the quality of the collection.

 

Chapter 4 Main Methods and Approaches of Solicitation
Article 3 Collection Method
Collection collection can be conducted through social institutions or individuals donating rewards, commercial purchases, and other methods according to the situation.
Article 4 Main channels for collecting collections
Collection of social surveys, acquisitions, donations, exchanges, and transfers under certain conditions.
Article 5: Collection collection should attach importance to original records and materials, truthfully and accurately record detailed information of the collection. Documents and materials related to the collection should be fully preserved and archived together with the collection as first-hand materials.

 

Chapter 5 Responsibilities of Cultural Relics Collection Collection Institutions and Personnel
Article 6: The Comprehensive Office of the Museum is responsible for the collection of cultural relics, and the Director is the overall person in charge.
Article 7: The responsibilities of personnel responsible for collecting cultural relics:
1. Implement the national guidelines and policies on museum construction and cultural relic collection, and do a good job in the daily work of collecting cultural relics in our unit;
2. The staff participating in the collection of cultural relics must have a high sense of career and responsibility, consider the overall situation, be selfless, learn and master the professional knowledge and skills of cultural relics collection, and work together to do a good job in the collection work;
3. Complete the relevant tasks assigned by the superior department.

 

Chapter 6 Collection Procedure
Article 8: Based on the collection tasks, scope, and actual work needs, prepare an annual collection plan and budget, and submit them to the director for approval.
Article 9: Specific organization and implementation shall be carried out in accordance with the approved collection plan. The collection will be conducted in batches, and a detailed list of each batch of collection must be provided, along with an explanation of the reasons for the collection.

 

Chapter 7 Supervision and Inspection of Collection Collection Work
Article 10: Collectors are not allowed to use public office for personal gain, and are not allowed to collect cultural relics for themselves or others in the name of museums. Violators will be dealt with seriously.
Article 11: The library shall timely disclose the collection dynamics, management, and usage of its collections to the public through websites, media, and other means, and actively accept social supervision.
Article 12: These measures shall come into effect and come into effect from today.
