1、 Basic information of the company
Yantai Changyu Wine Culture Museum Co., Ltd. is located at No. 56 Dama Road, Zhifu District, Yantai City. Prior to July 2018, it was under the jurisdiction of Yantai Changyu Group Co., Ltd. In July 2018, in order to better promote Chinese wine culture and promote the development of the Changyu wine brand, the Changyu Wine Culture Museum was incorporated into Yantai Zhangyu Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd., becoming an important component of the company's brand strategy.
Changyu Company began preliminary exploration of industrial tourism in 1992 and built the Yantai Changyu Wine Culture Museum in the old factory area. In 2000, the original museum underwent investment and renovation. In 2002, it was officially opened to the public and Yantai Zhangyu Liquor Culture Museum Co., Ltd. was established to be responsible for the specific operation of the museum. It began to expand into social welfare and cultural tourism functions. In 2022, on the occasion of the 130th anniversary of Changyu Company, the museum was renovated and upgraded, and reopened in September 2022.
2、 Current situation of human resources
The museum has been approved by the company to have a staff of 27 people, with a current staff of 26 people. It has one director, one deputy director, and seven middle-level management personnel. It has five departments, including a comprehensive office, a wine and museum research department, a commodity business department, a tourism business department, and the 1892 Art Center. There are 3 senior professional titles, 14 intermediate professional titles, and 6 junior professional titles, with professional and technical personnel accounting for 88%.
There are 5 internal staff members, mainly responsible for wine technology research and strengthening the professionalism of the wine museum, who are from the technical center of Changyu Company. 21 auxiliary personnel are responsible for daily security, cleaning, and greening work, and are managed by the comprehensive office.
3、 Basic functions of the department
Comprehensive Office
Responsible for the management and implementation of exhibition projects, daily management of collections, operation and management of information systems, fire safety assurance, and other external and logistics management.
Wine and Museum Research Department
Responsible for integrating and coordinating the application and execution of scientific research projects at all levels of Changyu Company, regularly planning and editing academic research journals, conducting in-depth research and exploration of wine culture and Changyu's historical culture, organizing and participating in domestic and foreign academic conferences in the wine industry, researching and utilizing wine technology to develop new products and technological innovation.
Commodity Business Department
Closely connect with the Wine and Museum Research Department, transform technological achievements into museum tourism derivatives, and carry out multi-channel sales through various marketing methods to achieve the unity of social and economic benefits.
Tourism Business Department
Relying on the historical and cultural heritage of Changyu and the company's brand, we provide reception services such as explanations, wine tasting, training, and social education, as well as market development, holiday activities, and marketing promotion.
1892 Art Center
Display and showcase the company's famous calligraphy and paintings, as well as artistic treasures, to create a high-quality museum within the museum.
