Changyu Wine Culture Museum's Management System for Accepting Social Donations

Article 1: In order to standardize the work of Zhangyu Liquor Culture Museum in accepting donations of physical collections, encourage donations, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of donors, this method is formulated in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Public Welfare Donation Law of the People's Republic of China, the Cultural Relics Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Implementation Regulations of the Cultural Relics Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Charity Law of the People's Republic of China, combined with the actual work of Zhangyu Liquor Culture Museum.
Article 2: Natural persons, legal persons, or other organizations (hereinafter referred to as donors) who voluntarily donate physical collections to the Changyu Wine Culture Museum free of charge shall be subject to these Measures.
Article 3: The physical collections donated by the donor to the Changyu Wine Culture Museum shall be the legitimate property that the donor has the right to dispose of.
Article 4: The procedure for accepting donations is as follows:

1. The donor expresses a willingness to donate;
2. The Zhang Yujiu Cultural Museum organized professionals to conduct preliminary identification and review of the proposed donations. For donated items that meet the collection criteria, the Changyu Wine Culture Museum negotiates with the donor regarding specific donation matters. The donor signs a donation agreement on a voluntary and equal basis, clarifying the transfer of ownership and usage rights involved in the donated items;
3. The Zhang Yujiu Cultural Museum shall handle relevant procedures for donors in accordance with relevant laws and regulations;
4. The Zhang Yujiu Cultural Museum issues a certificate of acceptance to the donor for the donation.
Article 5: Donations that require value calculation shall be priced at market price. If the donated items have no market value, they shall be evaluated and determined by a third-party evaluation agency recognized by both parties.
Article 6: Encouragement and gratitude to donors in the following ways

1. Grant the donor the Zhang Yujiu Cultural Museum Collection Certificate or Honorary Certificate;
2. When displaying donated items, indicate the name of the donor;
3. Include donors in the current year's donation directory;
4. Record the donation event in the museum journal;
5. Granting the donor as a member of the Changyu Wine Culture Museum, they can enjoy free visits, wine tasting, and other services.
Article 7: Donations shall be registered and recorded, included in the unified management of fixed assets, and properly stored, researched, utilized, and displayed in accordance with relevant management regulations.
Article 8: The Zhangyu Liquor Culture Museum shall conduct regular inventory of donated collections in accordance with the relevant regulations on fixed asset management, to ensure that the accounts match the facts.
Article 9: The donor has the right to inquire about the use and management of the donated items, and provide opinions and suggestions. The Changyu Wine Culture Museum actively cooperates with the donor's inquiry and truthfully responds.
Article 10: These measures shall come into effect from the date of promulgation.
