1、 Principles for Collection of Cultural Relics
The collection collection is based on the principle of filling the gaps and deficiencies in the museum's collection, enhancing the museum's taste and grade, promoting academic research and exhibition work, and soliciting various types of collections that meet the collection scope of the museum and have the historical imprint of Changyu Company from all over the country.
2、 The scope of collection collection
1. Collections with significant historical, artistic, and scientific value that are lacking in museums;
2. Precious artworks, handicrafts, and daily necessities passed down from various eras;
3. Important literature materials that can reflect the history of wine culture, as well as manuscripts and ancient books with historical value;
4. Cultural relics related to the development history of Changyu Company;
5. Other cultural relics and specimens that need to be collected.
3、 Organizational and personnel responsibilities for the collection of cultural relics
Establish a museum cultural relics collection team, with the museum director as the team leader and all members of the office as team members.
The responsibilities of personnel collecting cultural relics:
1. Implement the national guidelines and policies on museum construction and cultural relic collection, and do a good job in the daily work of collecting cultural relics in our unit;
2. The staff participating in the collection of cultural relics must have a high sense of career and responsibility, consider the overall situation, be selfless, learn and master the professional knowledge and skills of cultural relics collection, and work together to do a good job in the collection work;
3. Complete the relevant tasks assigned by the superior department.
4、 Collection criteria for cultural relics collection
1. According to the requirements of the collection scope, and based on the needs of museum display, publicity and education, scientific research, etc., we will clearly collect suitable collections for our museum;
2. The focus of the collection is to have a clear understanding of the era and historical characteristics, and the materials should also pay attention to historical characteristics and texture;
3. The collection standards for cultural relics shall be implemented in accordance with the "Classification Standards for Cultural Relics Collection" to ensure the quality of the collection.
5、 Collection Collection Entry Procedure
1. During the collection process, a collection voucher should be signed with the collector or donor. Once the certificate is signed, the museum enjoys ownership of the collection;
2. For private collectors who submit and donate, if collectors have special requirements, corresponding spiritual and material rewards should be given in accordance with relevant legal provisions;
3. The collected cultural relics and related historical documents must be registered, stored, and collected in a timely manner. The stored cultural relics should be cleaned up according to the storage standards, and the original appearance and characteristics of the cultural relics must not be changed; When conditions are ripe, develop corresponding display plans for exhibition and display;
4. The reimbursement invoice for cultural relics collection funds must be signed by all participating collection personnel.
