Changyu Wine Culture Museum Collection Entry Standards and Collection Workflow

Chapter 1 Collection Entry Standards
According to the relevant provisions of the Cultural Relics Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementation regulations, combined with the actual situation of our museum, any items that meet the following conditions can be classified as included in the collection after being appraised by an expert group for authenticity and intrinsic value.
Article 1: Collections that have significant historical, artistic, and scientific value and are missing from museums;
Article 2: Precious artworks, handicrafts, calligraphy and paintings related to wine that have been passed down from various eras;
Article 3: Important literature materials that can reflect the history of wine culture, as well as manuscripts, books, etc. with historical value;
Article 4: Souvenirs, honors, and video images that witness the development history of Chinese wine;
Article 5: Physical instruments, aged wines, oak barrels, etc. that witness the development of China's wine industrialization;
Article 6: Cultural relics related to the development history of Changyu Company;
Article 7: Representative items of special significance in contemporary times, important witnesses that can reflect and represent the level of economic and social development in contemporary times;

 

Chapter 2 Collection Entry Procedure

Article 1: Expert panel appraisal, providing appraisal opinions (including authenticity, era, name, etc.).
Article 2: When handling payment procedures with the solicited party, ensure that the bills and procedures are complete, legal and compliant, sign legally effective documents, clarify the property rights relationship, and leave no hidden dangers.
Article 3: Accounting management personnel shall, in accordance with relevant regulations, compile newly collected collections into the general ledger.
Article 4: The custodian and account administrator shall count, receive, and sign the newly collected collections based on the registration form for the collection.
Article 5: The custodian shall fill out cards, put them on shelves and cabinets, and manage their collection in accordance with relevant regulations.
Article 6: Relevant information and records such as the transmission experience, collection process, background explanation, etc. of the collection shall be stored in the collection archives for permanent preservation.

 

Chapter 3 Collection Collection Workflow

Changyu is the birthplace of China's wine industry, and the Changyu Wine Culture Museum is an important carrier for the preservation and display of these histories. The museum concentrates manpower, adopts various forms and channels, collects historical facts and materials such as the Changyu trademark, historical photos, grape varieties, and vineyards from different periods, excavates, studies, and organizes the cultural, technological, and marketing aspects that are conducive to the study of early Changyu Precious historical materials on the development of cultural and other enterprises.
Article 1: Collecting Collection Information;
Article 2: The relevant solicitation members shall discuss and agree on the solicitation intention;
Article 3 Expert appraisal and issuance of expert appraisal opinions;
Article 4: Submit a written application for collection intention, a list of collections (name, quantity, texture, era, size, quotation), pictures, and expert appraisal opinions to the collection collection working group;
Article 5: Convene a collection meeting composed of members of the collection work leadership group and relevant collection work groups;
Article 6: After the solicitation intention is approved, the "Certificate of Collection of Changyu Wine Culture Museum " shall be completed;
Article 7: Collection collectors and warehouse administrators shall jointly handle the transfer procedures;
