5. A physical instrument that can reflect wine culture.

Based on the characteristics of wine culture, the Changyu Wine Culture Museum strengthens its collection efforts, formulates forward-looking and systematic long-term plans, opens up various collection channels, improves collection procedures, continuously increases the number of collections, and improves the quality of collections.
The museum regularly solicits various important literature and materials, as well as physical instruments, that reflect wine culture, Changyu's historical and cultural heritage, from the society. According to the annual collection plan formulated, we will increase efforts to collect cultural relics based on the nature and characteristics of our museum, actively carry out collection work, and purposefully supplement various information related to wine through various channels, with the aim of strengthening the protection, utilization, and adaptation of the collection to the needs of exhibition and display work.
The collection collection must be appraised and discussed by at least two members of the expert group, and a collection plan for cultural relics must be proposed. It can only be implemented after being studied and decided by the office meeting of the museum director. After the collection is determined, a "Donation Certificate" or "Collection Certificate" shall be issued to the cultural relics collections transferred or donated by units and individuals; For cultural relics that fail to meet the collection standards after appraisal, explain the reasons and return them to the collection unit or individual.
