1、 In terms of comprehensive management and infrastructure
1. Propose a business philosophy of mutual reinforcement between the construction of our professional museum and the creation of profits through brand empowerment, and generate revenue based on the protection of cultural relics and cultural dissemination.
2. Continue to improve the exhibition facilities of the new museum, and create a variety of scenes and creative activities to enhance the comprehensive income generation level.
3. Strictly follow the requirements of standardized museum construction, inspect the display and storage environment of cultural relics in the new museum, and resolutely require the construction party to rectify any unqualified situations.
4. Strengthen the security level of national protected cultural relics in wine cellars, and recruit one professional security personnel from external cooperative units to be responsible for the security management of wine cellars.

2、 In terms of museum professional management
According to the layout of the new museum, refine the explanation content and incorporate the history and wine culture excavated during the construction period into the new presentation. Write exclusive explanatory content tailored to different groups such as business, government, and enterprises.
Unified planning of the main warehouse and calligraphy and painting warehouse within the museum, receiving registration and collection of nearly 60000 new collections from the company.
The Wine and Museum Research Department should actively coordinate with the Technology Center, plan the construction of research classrooms and Cabernet Sauvignon laboratories within the museum, and improve the scientific research level of our museum.
Cooperate with universities such as Northwest Agriculture and Forestry, Yantai Cultural Tourism Vocational College, etc. to achieve new scientific research results with the help of the university's external brain.

3、 In terms of social services and publicity
1. Plan a series of special promotional activities to enrich the cultural life of the masses, taking into account festivals such as the Spring Festival, International Museum Day, Labor Day, Army Day, National Day, and Double Ninth Festival.
2. We plan to launch a boutique tourism route with a large local agency in Malaysia, "Tasting Grape and Wine, Seeking Delicious Yantai", to expand the overseas influence of the museum.
3. Explore new digital marketing models for museums. On the Tiktok platform, we launched a package ticket for museum featured tourism routes, and shared short videos of tourism routes to promote museum tourism resources.
4. Continue to develop and upgrade new products with cultural attributes, and create themed sales scenarios in conjunction with the project
