1、 In terms of comprehensive management
1. Complete departmental restructuring, strengthen the role of the Wine and Museum R&D Department, and leverage the creativity and professionalism of department level cadres and key personnel.
2. Further improve the rules and regulations for document issuance, cultural relic archives management, official seal management, material requisition, financial management, and continuously improve management level and office efficiency.
3. Unify the thinking of various departments and implement the requirement of museums empowering the company's brand.
4. Safety, epidemic prevention, and detailed management are constantly emphasized.
5. The party building work is closely integrated with the operation of the museum, promoting the harmonious development of the museum. Party and mass activities are held no less than 4 times a year.

2、 In terms of professional management
1. Strictly follow the regulations of the collection of cultural relics, continue to increase the collection of cultural relics through multiple channels, and enrich the collection of cultural relics.
2. Actively dispatch business backbone to participate in training sessions held in various regions and industries. A total of no less than 15 training sessions will be held and attended throughout the year.
3. Make full use of information technology to improve the collection, accounting, cataloging, and filing management of collections.
4. Utilize the overseas and domestic winery platforms of Changyu Company, leverage the resources of the wine industry, hold no less than 10 international and domestic academic conferences, and jointly publish no less than 10 provincial-level or above academic papers with the technology center.
5. Explore the history and culture of Changyu, research and create art forms such as seals, cartoons, oil paintings, rubbings, etc., compile books and works on Changyu stories, wine science popularization, and hold cultural activities such as the Changyu Museum Collection Exhibition and Old Wine Exhibition.

3、 In terms of publicity and education
1. Strengthen the construction of museum sites, plan distinctive promotional activities, and strive to enhance the social impact of museums. I plan to participate in the Hanadole Tourism Expo in South Korea and collaborate with large domestic tour groups to launch high-quality tourism routes, with museums as important recommended attractions on the routes.
2. Organize a Changyu wine making classroom activity to popularize wine tasting knowledge and improve the wine appreciation level of citizens and tourists.
3. Carry out wine culture activities for young journalists and patriotic education activities for primary and secondary school students, leverage the "second classroom" role of the Changyu Wine Culture Museum, and enhance its influence.
4. Through various forms such as wine themed lectures, wine tasters explaining, and wine tasting, we regularly invite "museum friends" to participate and form a normalized working mechanism for museums.
