I joined Changyu Company in 2002 and have held various positions including Chief Financial Officer of Changyu Sales Company Qingdao Branch, Assistant Director of Market Audit Department of the joint-stock company, Assistant Director of Audit Department of the group company, and Chief Financial Officer of Changyu Cultural Tourism Company. I am currently serving as the Permanent Deputy General Manager of Yantai Changyu Tourism Business Unit, responsible for finance, human resources, assessment and evaluation, product research and development, and comprehensive office work. At the same time, I assist the General Manager of the Business Unit in handling the daily management work of the Business Unit. Main achievements
1. Innovate operational development models and create distinctive tourism products and projects
In 2021, the high-end wine themed restaurant "Clayton Hotel" located in Chaoyang Street, a red wine themed street in Yantai City, which integrates the functions of "lighthouse level wine and food tasting center+global selection of Changyu Xin's retail flagship store", officially opened for business. Its business focus is on professional food and wine pairing and the display and sales of the Chang Yu brand, mainly from member benefits, tasting circle, appointment system management, service standardization, etc Private customization and other conveniences highlight the positioning and sense of luxury of tourists, with an estimated revenue of 4 million yuan this year.
Learn from the experience of cultural and creative industries both domestically and internationally, participate in the design of the highlights of the Changyu International Wine City project, and enhance the market competitiveness of industrial tourism projects. In 2021, Changyu International Wine City began to open to the public, receiving 20000 tourists annually.
Participated in the upgrading and renovation project of the Changyu Liquor Culture Museum, fully responsible for the financial and auditing work of the project. The total investment of the project is over 75 million yuan, which is a key investment project in Yantai City in 2022. It is a rare large investment by private cultural and tourism enterprises during the epidemic period. The project was completed in September 2022, using advanced sound and optical technology combined with Changyu's profound history and culture, Building the Changyu Wine Culture Museum into the only smart 4.0 scenic spot for domestic wine, it has been widely praised by various sectors of society since its opening. In 23 years, its tourism revenue has exceeded the level of the same period in 2019.
2. Develop information systems to create smart scenic spots
Led the development of the Changyu Smart Tourism Information System, with a focus on serving tourists, promoting brands, and promoting highlight projects in scenic areas, and improving internal control management. Utilizing the financial professional background of senior accountants, through five levels of tourism management, tourism experience, tourism services, tourism catering, and tourism marketing, the system achieves ticket purchase, tour guide, member management, product purchase, sales, inventory management, and catering cost management, Integrated management of financial accounting and other management benefits.
The newly developed information system has been fully launched in 12 units of the company's tourism system and has won the "2021 Shandong Boutique Tourism Smart Scenic Area Innovation Award". At present, the system has received good feedback on daily use and is gradually building a complete Changyu Tourism Database, providing strong support for the future development of tourism business.
3. Pay attention to the research and development of tourism characteristic products, strengthen the development of cultural and creative products, and promote the improvement of quality and efficiency in the tourism industry.
For tourism consumers, products with distinctive cultural attributes are not only carriers of tourist memories, but also local cultural characteristics and heritage. For tourist attractions, high-quality cultural and creative products can not only break away from a single ticket economy model, improve the experience and participation of tourists, but also form secondary marketing and promotion of tourism through the dissemination of cultural and creative products, improve the visibility of the scenic area, and promote the growth of tourist numbers.
Starting from being responsible for product development, I have conducted multiple reviews of the existing tourism self owned product system and supplemented the research and development of products that are missing in various price ranges. In addition, according to the market demand, customized product development can be carried out for major customers according to their needs.
