We have always adhered to the work goal of empowering the brand, enhancing the tourist experience, creating a wine lifestyle aesthetic, and improving comprehensive income generation and profitability. Since September 2016, I have been in charge of multiple business sectors such as market, service, art center, and security. Every year, I not only meet operational targets with high quality and quantity, but also achieve stable income growth for team members.
When dealing with work, one should be serious and take on heavy responsibilities, pay attention to work effectiveness, and achieve outstanding results. Be able to focus on the key points of work, unite and cooperate, and not care about personal gains and losses. Despite being busy with work, I still took advantage of my spare time to obtain the National Level III Wine Taster, ACIC International Registered Senior Etiquette Master, and Psychological Counselor certification, and became the 67th disciple of Chinese etiquette scholar Mr. Fan Zhi. Physical and behavioral training is actively provided to staff in the museum, helping colleagues realize their work and life values. In the department in charge, the Communist Party of China has trained more than ten national level wine tasters, and several colleagues have won excellent results such as the first and second prizes in the city level tour guide competition.
