The long history enters Liquan, and the red culture condenses the fragrance of wine
In order to understand the development process of national industry, we will learn from Mr. Zhang Bishi, the founder of Changyu Company, his integrity in life and work, as well as his patriotic spirit of returning to China to start a business and serve the motherland. On June 6th, the Changyu Wine Culture Museum, in collaboration with parents and volunteers from Yantai No.3 Middle School, held a practical study tour of "Exploring No. 56 Avenue". More than 60 students walked on the stone road that blended old and new, and entered the Changyu Wine Culture Museum, known as the "living fossil of Chinese wine development", and also entered the depths of history.
Back then, Zhang Bishi boldly predicted: "As long as we work hard, we can catch up and our country's products will become world famous brands!" Now, after more than a century of effort, this grand wish has become a reality. Listening to the legendary stories narrated by the narrator, the students stood quietly next to the relief, feeling a sense of time confusion. History surged past, and countless past memories were filled with the courage and efforts of predecessors. This young man is diligent in understanding and thinking, remembering to work hard.
Shuttling through the underground wine cellar, each barrel is arranged in an orderly manner, as if it has the power to stir up the waves of history, making people endlessly reminisce about the lost history, as if it is filled with a lifetime of stories. Students stand in front of barrels of wine for a long time, unable to move their steps, objects that have been infected by time always carry indescribable friendship. I can feel the mottled and intermittent thoughts left behind by the washing of time.Chinese people have loved wine since ancient times, seeking pleasure and enmity, seeking wine on the battlefield. It is a pot of turbid wine that brings joy to the end, singing about wine and the geometry of life, not laughing when lying drunk on the battlefield, and inviting you to a cup of wine. Chang Yu wine has gone through the trials and tribulations of time, carrying endless affection, and is abundant in the ever-changing years.
Introduction to graduate courses
In 2018, the museum launched the "Exploring 56 Avenue" study tour course. This course is rich in content and combines education with entertainment, fully mobilizing children's independent learning and hands-on abilities. Not only can children understand the history of Chang Yu's development, but they can also appreciate Chang Yu's pioneering spirit of craftsmanship over the past century, thereby stimulating students' national pride and patriotic thinking. Chang Yu's study tour is a second classroom with true patriotic education significance.
