The third session of training for small volunteer guides

Cultivating a professional team of small tour guides is a relatively long process that requires continuous adjustment of training content, as well as more professional and systematic training for team members. Drawing on the experience of previous sessions, the museum has innovatively launched a "three-step, one platform" approach, changing the training time from peak season to off-season, and extending the training time. Small tour guides can use the off-season to receive sufficient training and exercise. In the upcoming peak tourism season, they can serve as small volunteers to explain the development history of ethnic industry to tourists, not only adding vitality to the museum, but also allowing students to experience the charm of museum tour guide work.

The young volunteers used the weekend to walk into the museum. This activity can improve observation ability, help enhance the motivation for active learning, and open up the mind. Children's curiosity about exhibits can stimulate their innovative thinking abilities.

The "Little Explanator" training course aims to gradually enhance children's oral expression ability, improve their own quality, and exercise their ability to speak in public through targeted training. At the same time, it strengthens their understanding of the development history of ethnic industry, enhances their sense of national pride and confidence.

After the training, parents expressed that holding a volunteer guide activity at Changyu Museum is very meaningful and provides a good exercise platform for children. Allowing children to be influenced by history and culture, deepening their knowledge of history, and improving their language expression and communication skills. By serving others, showcasing themselves, building self-confidence and a sense of responsibility, they have developed the ability to work in teams and self learn. In the future, whenever there is an opportunity, they will definitely come and participate.
