On the east side of the Changyu Liquor Culture Museum Square at 56 Da Ma Road, there is a 2.8 meter tall sculpture by Mr. Sui Jianguo, a famous sculptor from the sculpture department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts - the famous patriotic overseas Chinese leader in modern China, Zhang Bishi. In 1892, Mr. Zhang Bishi invested 3 million taels of silver to establish the Changyu Winery Company on the beautiful Zhifu Bay in Yantai, pioneering the industrial production of wine in China.
